Here are some good arm exercises for women to do in order to tighten up the arms so you don’t have loose FAT FLAPPING AROUND. Arm Exercises for Women
1. Triangle pushups while on your knees
Ok, a triangle pushup is a pushup in which you put your hands close together and create what looks like a triangle – diamond with your 2 point fingers and 2 thumbs. Once you have that hand position, do your pushups. Because each woman is different in her abilities, I will simply give you the basic guideline to do a total of 20 of these pushups everyday. These will greatly help tighten up the back of your arms… the triceps.
2. Punches in the air
This is a great toning exercise for all parts of your arms. Just pretend you’re in rush hour traffic and you want to hit someone ha ha. Ok, silly joke. Anyway, just throw punches in the air. Keep your arms up the whole time. Don’t let them down. I recommend that you do these punches for a total of 2 minutes in a row… nonstop.
This will tone and tire your arms.
3. Push your hands together in front of you
This is an isometric tension exercise. Take both of your hands and put them at shoulder level in front of you. Now take the palms and push them together. Push your hands into each other for at least 10-20 seconds at a time. Keep doing this for a total of a few minutes everyday. This tension will help tone all parts of your arms.
Do 2 or 3 of these arm exercises for women everyday and you can expect better, more toned arms within 2-3 weeks.
