You can’t run MTH engines with the Legacy system. You would need to buy both systems.

quick question. i want to buy a lionel legacy command unit but i want to run mth engines with it. can i just run the engines with the remote or do i need a second piece of equipment to operate the engines? thanks

Although I work in N scale, you’ve still provded me with plenty of inspiration for my own model railrod project. Thank you.

That’s an MTH 20-2375-1 CSX SD70M that I got at a train store here in Atlanta. They didn’t make a BNSF version when they made those, but they have since made BNSF SD70′s. I would try to get a more recent BNSF SD70 as the newer ones have more detail, better sounds and more pickup rollers. Try something like MTH’s 20-2620-1 model.

  22. ASpatha on December 30th, 2009

or are you talking about maybe the camera on a flat car facing the train in front of the engine separated by a another flat car, could be really cool depending on the angle of the lenses.
