well this is the first episode of BlackJack 21 if you are looking for the original episodes or better known as the 2004 remake they are being uploaded by trexl6 i strongly urge you to watch those first while they do not contain an integral plot it shows you exactly what kind of world BJ lives in and explains a little of his and pinoko’s backstory^^ and also as much as ai apreciate it please do not thank me for uploading these or any of the others i have but send your thanks to the people who put time and effort into timing coding and fansubbing these after all without them these episodes would not be here^^ anyways please enjoy the first episode =)

Counting the first episode dubbed as episode 00, the last episode is about Black Jack visiting a patient in the woods but he is then caught trying to save someone with a scalpel and gets mistaken as a serial killer. I saw it in Cantonese when I was in Hong Kong and this episode has not been subbed yet in english.

I think Black Jack 21 is like the movie but he has that hat . He is pretty nice in that hat but have he two of them , if he loses it and need one he must have that hat he is wearing and one more or is it not i can have wrong .

well iy does have 61 episodes but 50 through to 61 i dont think have been subbed yet
